Technicolour Cake

I was inspired by this week. I've been an ardent fan since I discovered her a couple of months back. Originally from Malaysia, now living in Pennsylvania, USA, her cooking reminds me so much of home. Her style of cooking is so similar to mom's, grandma's, my aunts' etc.

Last week, I made this tricolour marble cake, from her recipe. It was moist and buttery, and so much fun to make! I think I went a tad too heavy on the pink! I also added rosewater essense to the cake so it had a lovely rosey aroma.

Psychedelic, no?
